Hello! My name is Hailey Fletcher, and I have been a video editor for nearly a decade. I specialize in motion graphics, UGC, and podcasts, as well as short-form and long-form content. I primarily edit with Adobe After Effects and have been for the past 6 years. I also have ample experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Avid, and Camtasia.

The art of storytelling has been a recurring interest of mine since I was a little girl. I remember when video editing was first booming in 2013. Short videos consisting of music and clips from TV series, cut perfectly to each beat, were scattered all over Vine and Instagram pages. The concept that complex emotions could be expressed and elicited 

in a single 30-second montage through music choice, clip placement, and color grading was beyond fascinating to me. For the first time in my life, I learned and understood the feeling of passion. After that, I never wanted to tell stories any other way again. 

 

Today, I relish every challenge that I face and have previously faced, as a video editor. There is nothing more exhilarating than ruminating over the thousands of ways to depict a story, through precise editing styles, compositions, and techniques. Ideas are endless in the world of post-production, and it would be my pleasure to help you bring yours to life.
